Terms of Service

1. Services

Nebrex Automations provides AI automation implementation and optimization services for contractors and home service businesses. All services are scoped and agreed upon before project initiation.

2. Performance Guarantee

Our 90-day guarantee applies only when the agreed onboarding requirements are completed on time and systems remain active. If agreed performance targets are not met in the 90-day window, we continue work at no charge until targets are achieved.

3. Payment

Pricing is based on selected service tiers. Payment terms are agreed upon during onboarding. All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for timely approvals, accurate business information, and maintaining required access to CRM, calendar, and communication tools needed for delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for lost revenue, data, or indirect damages arising from the use of our systems.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.
